Abstract
Based on David Berlo’s model of communication (Sender-Message-Channel-Receiver), ancient Indian communication has been proven the strongest in the world on the basis of the availability of scientific research data produced by Indian scientists, like the theory of Pythagoras was first given by Indian scientist “Baudhayan” in between 800-740 B.C. It proves that according to the communication system, the message availability in India in ancient times was quite relevant and authentic. At the same time on the other hand it is proved that India was not as advanced in media technology and campaign systems as the Western world was, like the Pythagoras theorem was again given by scientist “Pythagoras” between 570-490 B.C after 1000 years it was originally invented by “Baudhayan”. On the basis of advanced technology and campaign systems, Pythagoras patent the Pythagoras theorem by his own name. This proves the weakness in technology and media campaign systems in India in ancient times and many more examples of the same type are available in past. So we can conclude that India needs good research from both knowledge and technology points of view so that the communication system in India can improve the quality of messages and channels for a better, more advanced, authentic, and reliable communication system for its best reliability in contemporary scenario.
Key words: Communication, ancient knowledge, message, channels, communication model, patent, communication system, reliability, contemporary scenario.
