Dr. V. K. Pathak is working as Senior Assistant Professor at Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University (BHU). He is an accomplished law teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience, strong record of research and publications with an expertise and passion of teaching. It includes his teaching and research experience at MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, CCS University, Meerut as founder faculty member of Campus Institute of Legal Studies and Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. His areas of specialization, research, teaching and interest are Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Law Relating to Women and Children, and Law of Arbitration and Mediation. He has published more than 25 quality research papers and research articles in different national and international Peer reviewed, UGC Listed and UGC CARE Listed Journals. He contributed five Chapters in edited Books published by international and national publishers. Dr. Pathak has presented the research papers in more than 50 national and international seminars and conferences in different capacities like Resource Person, Chairman and Co-Chairman to technical sessions and the participant of such seminars and conferences. He has visited several Universities and Institutions of Legal Studies and delivered Invited Lectures thereat on different topics of his area of specialization. More than thirty PG Dissertations and five Ph.D. in Law have been awarded under the supervision of Dr. Pathak. He has also been the part of editorial board of various international and national Journals and edited books, and currently he is the member of editorial board of Humanities and Social Science Review, Journal of Law and Social Change and Banaras Law Journal.
